Gustav Klimt: Danaë
غوستاف كليمت: داناي
A reading of Klimt's Danaë in twelve voices: the woman curled within her circle, her father Acrisius who locked her in a tower to cheat a prophecy, the tower, the golden rain, the body, the purple, sleep, desire, the unborn Perseus, destiny and Klimt himself. The myth becomes a study of the human wish to wall off the future.
